The Disney Way
- 1½ oz Bacardi Superior Rum
- ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp extra fine sugar
- 10-12 Fresh mint leaves
- Club soda or sparkling water
Instructions
- Place mint leaves, lime juice, and sugar in a 10 oz Collins glass.
- Gently muddle the mint to express the oils into the sugar and lime juice.
- Half fill the glass with ice.
- Add the rum and stir.
- Top with crushed ice and Club soda or sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint bouquet.
